The newly built Whangarei Boys’ Highschool features cultural artwork in the form of Pou Whakairo located at the new entrance off Western Hills Drive - we put together the custom made bases which secure them to the ground.

Custom designed agricultural poles and structures manufactured for farms, growers and producers. Sourced and cut to length, modified and shipped nationwide - with small to large production runs for accessories including top hats, bases, plates, shackles, rings and more.

We manufactured over 800 gate poles for dairy signage around New Zealand; made from mild steel each pole was CNC drilled with an automated template, with feet and sign mounting tabs mig welded with a two-man rotating jig process.

We’ve produced thousands of custom designed agricultural pole hats for fruit farms around New Zealand. 3D CAD designed and Laser Cut, MIG Welded via Jig and delivered.

These laser cut hub extenders and hub adapters were a solution to an off-road project destined for remote beekeeping. Tested over rugged terrain and under tough conditions these 3D CAD designed mild steel spacers made it possible to convert an old Suzuki stud pattern onto a newer model 6 stud steel wheel setup.

A local entrepreneur needed a new mobile food cart setup - we put together this Stainless Steel mobile mini kitchen with a small double sink and faucet, food warmer, display cabinet and storage areas, wheels for transport, plumbed for water and gas and ready to serve hungry customers.

Currently in its testing phase is a new hydraulic attachment for an Avant Loader. A local Honey & Beekeeping company needed a suitable but secure lifter to extract pallet stacks of bee hives from remote areas.

With a lifting capability of up to 500kg, this vehicle mounted winch crane was designed and manufactured for Beekeeping - able to lift hives from remote areas into the back of a ute tray or flat deck.

This project was put together for a client looking for a more movable, transportable solution for remote areas. We designed a kitset module that can be multiplied to create a larger home, or constructed as is using basic home based tools.

Simple beekeepers box stands for work in the field or back at the shed; made to fit standard boxes or adaptable for custom sizing and blower shields / chutes.
